Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of users who become members in order to benefit from the services offered through the Setouchlab website.

Every user who registers on the site declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth below.

1. Parties

This agreement enters into force electronically upon the Member’s approval between Setouchlab (“Company”) and the user who becomes a member of the site (“Member”).

2. Membership

• Members must be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• The Member is solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any membership application or terminate an existing membership at its discretion.

3. Use of Membership

• The membership account is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Account security is entirely the responsibility of the Member.
• The Member is responsible for any damages arising from the use of their username and password by third parties.

4. Use of Services

The Member agrees to use the services provided by Setouchlab only for lawful purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

• Engaging in activities that may harm the website
• Placing fake orders
• Attempting to breach system security
• Violating the rights of other users

5. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected during membership are processed within the scope of KVKK and are protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Statement.

6. Termination of Membership

• The Member may terminate their membership at any time.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or completely cancel the membership if a violation of the agreement terms is detected.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Setouchlab website (including design, logo, visuals, and texts) is the property of the Company. It may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for damages arising from system interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

9. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Membership Agreement at any time. The updated agreement becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Adana shall have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into Force

By completing the membership process, the Member is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.
